You must be over the age of eighteen (18) to use this site. If you learn that any personal information of a child has been entered into this site, please contact us immediately and that information will be deleted.

By providing your email address you are giving Reed’s Remedies permission to email you. You will have the ability to unsubscribe to these emails by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button on the bottom of the email.

We do not share your personal information with third parties without your consent other than with the following:

  • Third Party Service Providers. With third parties who work on our behalf, provided that such third parties provide at least the same level of privacy protection as required by this Privacy Policy;

QUALITY GUARANTEE POLICY

Please note that we do not offer a money back guarantee, our products affect everyone differently. We do however, stand by our quality 100%. If you feel that your product has a quality issue send it back to us for a refund or replacement, within 30 days of purchase. SHIPPING POLICIES

Reed’s Remedies ships to all 50 United States. We use USPS and you can expect to receive your delivery within 10 business days. (Hawaiian & Alaskan residents, you may experience slightly longer delivery timelines). We currently do not provide expedited shipping nor do we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We will provide you with a USPS tracking number for your order, via email. If you discover a typo in your shipping address, please contact us at info@reedsremedies.com so we can fix that for you. If your package has already shipped, you will need to contact USPS Package Intercept and request a change of address. If the package shows delivered to your address but is missing you must report the loss to USPS. We are not responsible for packages that are delivered to a wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

We reserve the right to modify these policies at anytime. We encourage you to review frequently as changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting to the site.
