FAQ

Is CBD and hemp oil legal?

Yes!

Our products are made from “Industrial Hemp” classified by the United States Farm Bill of 2014. It contains less than 0.3% THC on a dry-weight basis and is grown on a farm registered with the US Department of Agriculture. The legality of CBD from hemp is based also on a 2004 unanimous ruling by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which determined that the DEA “cannot regulate naturally occurring THC not contained within or derived from marijuana, i.e., non-psychoactive hemp is not included in Schedule I. The DEA has no authority to regulate drugs that are not scheduled.” Therefore, we are able to sell and ship to all 50 states.

Do I need a prescription or medical card?

No.

Will I fail a drug test?

As with all CBD products, there is a chance that consumption could trigger a positive drug test. Our full spectrum products contain legal limits of less than 0.3% THC. However, we are unable to legally state whether or not you will pass a drug test after using our products. Please consult your doctor and/or employer if this is a concern.

Will I feel “high”?

No.

THC is the psychoactive compound in cannabis. Our products contain only trace amounts of THC, less than 0.3%.

What is the recommended dosing?

Dosage will vary for each individual. Start with a low dose and work your way up, as needed. Best used in small doses, several times per day versus one large dose one time per day. Daily use is recommended for best results.

How many servings are in each bottle?

There are approx. 75 servings per bottle. Serving size = 1 spray

Can I use more than one of your products at a time?

Yes.

How should I store your products?

Our products do not need to be refrigerated, but can be without impacting them. We recommend storing anywhere that the bottle is not exposed to excess heat, humidity, or light.

Where do you source your hemp?

Our hemp is grown in Colorado on a USDA certified organic farm.

Is hemp seed oil the same as hemp distillate?

No.

Hemp seed oil is made from cold-pressed hemp seed and is mainly used in cooking. It contains minimum amounts of cannabinoids and will not give you the benefits our products will.

What is the difference between CBD isolate and full spectrum hemp distillate?

A CBD isolate is the isolated cannabinoid from the cannabis plant.

Full Spectrum distillate uses the entire plant to collect all of the naturally occurring compounds. This includes CBD, other cannabinoids, terpenes, flavonoids, etc. This is important because all of these compounds work synergistically to create an effect that could not be achieved by any one compound alone.

What is the difference between hemp (CBD) distillate & hemp (CBD) extract?

We use a proprietary method of distillation that condenses the desired plant compounds and removes all of the plant waste (chlorophyll and waxes), leaving a 99% pure concentrate. We do this at the lowest possible temperature to protect the compounds while also activating them for immediate use in the body. This advanced molecular technology provides the most potent, clean, and pure concentrate possible. The end result has a mild-flavored and golden profile.

The extraction method uses solvents to pull compounds out of the plant material. Examples of solvents are: butane, alcohol, glycerin, and oil. A great deal of plant waste is left behind resulting in a green color and stronger flavor. This product will be less potent meaning more needs to be consumed to get the same effect. There is also likelihood of solvents remaining in the final product for consumption.
